cleanliness mattergreat location

i had a superior room with one king size bed and a city view balcony for my stay i noted the room was large and clean housekeeping services were excellent and included turn down service with chocolates each evening the location is close to bus stops restaurants gelato shops and shopping. the workout room hours were great the staff was present and cleanliness mattered to them.

the air conditioning system was very loud i could barely sleep

The Marketplace Sunday buffet presented delicious food. Staff members were helpful and friendly, I appreciated it. Service proved excellent from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organised. The team ensured my family had everything needed. The M lounge provided 24/7 access to drinks and snacks. Its quality impressed me.

The minibar was full. I could not store my own items there.

The sea view room included excellent amenities and tasteful decoration. I found a Nespresso machine, Netflix, and high-quality toiletries. I had access to the M lounge. It provided 24/7 drinks. The snacks available every evening were VERY good. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The minibar was full, so I could not store my own items. They wanted a fee to remove the minibar. Ice had an additional charge.

The hotel now features two large pool areas. There are many sun loungers available, so prior reservations were not required. A lovely bar area also provided generous nibbles with drinks, a HUGE plus.

Our room included a balcony facing Balluta Bay, a great option. Front-facing rooms get the morning sun. The view was fine. The housekeeping team kept our room in immaculate condition every day.

The level of customer service was really good. Every single member of staff had a smile and a greeting. The general manager often stopped to chat and showed interest in the guests. I was impressed.

my stay wasn't great. the gym felt overcrowded because it was open to outside members, i did not enjoy it. also, i found out that tap water isn't safe for drinking and the hotel didnt warn me about that. it left me feeling really disappointed and concerned. i had expected better from a hotel of this standing.
